With just over a week until the S2O Taiwan Songkran Music Festival makes a splash in 2024, excitement is building. Hosted at Dajia Riverside Park from Saturday, July 13 to Sunday, July 14, the festival will welcome over 61 acts from around the globe to celebrate its 5th edition. Attendees can look forward to two nights of world-class electronic music, immersive 360-degree water effects, and cultural festivities.
S2O Taiwan has been voted the world’s #59 festival and Taiwan’s #1 festival in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll for 2024. The festival will feature three diverse stages, each offering a unique musical experience. The renowned S2O Main Stage will be synchronized with a hydro reactor to create energy through water. The fabled MONEYBUNNY concept will showcase top talent from KPOP and Mandopop music, while the WATERBOOM Stage will highlight some of the best local talent.

Renowned Norwegian DJ and music producer Alan Walker and Dutch electronic icons Yellow Claw will headline S2O Taiwan on the main stage. The festival will also feature performances by Brooks, KAAZE, Liu, Mike Williams, Nicky Romero, Ray Volpe, Sub Zero Project, Vini Vici, and many more elite electronic music artists.
Alan Walker, whose 2015 hit “Faded” put him on the international radar, will grace the S2O Taiwan Main Stage for the first time, bringing his uplifting and energetic set featuring EDM classics. Yellow Claw, known for their cutting-edge interaction with the audience, will bring their signature blend of trap, bass, dubstep, and hardstyle to the stage.
The KPOP and Mandopop-focused MONEYBUNNY program for this year’s event has been announced. Saturday will feature rising KPOP talents like tripleS, WOOAH, Gyubin, and DXMON for the first time, along with Woo and TPA.
The final day of S2O Taiwan’s MONEYBUNNY stage will be headlined by Taiwanese pop singers R-chord, Van Fan, and Golden Melody Award winner Only You, making for a truly diverse lineup.

VIP tickets to S2O Taiwan are now completely sold out, with a limited number of GA and PGA tickets still available via Festground.

I’m already counting down to the S2O Taiwan festival—those 61 acts and 360‑degree water sounds sound epic! After a night of dancing, I might need a break, so I’m checking out creepydates for a spooky chill session. Anyone else want a ghostly date?
What an incredible lineup! Alan Walker and Yellow Claw are perfect choices for a festival with this much energy. As a Geometry Dash player, I can already imagine how fun it would be to play a fast-paced level synced to one of these EDM sets.
I am impressed that the event has earned recognition as Taiwan’s #1 festival and a global ranking in DJ Mag’s Top 100, which highlights its growing influence. The variety of stages, from KPOP and Mandopop to local talent showcases, suggests a well-rounded celebration of music diversity. In a playful comparison, I feel the fast-paced energy of the festival is somewhat like Basket Random, where unexpected moments and dynamic changes keep everything exciting and unpredictable.
