Q : Where do I buy tickets?
A : Tickets can be purchased at S2OFESTIVAL.COM
Q : What are the different ticket types?
A : There are 3 tiers : Early Bird, Advance and Regular tickets. The earlier you buy, the cheaper the tickets are.
Q : Can I buy 1 day passes?
A : Yes! Except for Early Bird Tickets, you can buy 1 day or 2 day passes for every ticket type
Q : When will the line up be released?
A : The line up is usually released in early February.
Q : Can I buy tickets at the event?
A : Yes, if the event is not sold out.
GETTING THERE
Q : How do I get there?
A : Best way is by 10 minute taxi from BTS Ekamai or Airport Link Ramhamkaeng, costing around 60 baht.
Q : Is there parking?
A : Unfortunately not, although people do find “unofficial parking spots” which charge a fee.
GETTING IN
Q : How old do I have to be?
A : The minimum age according to Thai law is 20.
Q : Do I have to bring my ID?
A : Thai citizens, Please bring the actual ID card, driver's license or passport for verification
Foreigners bring the actual passport or ID card to the event
**ID and passport checks are carried out in accordance with Thai police at the venue. The Thai police maintain that they have the right to reject copies of ID/passports and suggest that foreigners and Thai citizen bring actual ID/passports
Q : Can I leave the event and come back?
A : The event has a no re-entry policy meaning if you leave the event you cannot entry again on the same day in order to prevent fraud. We have all the necessities in the event including ATMS. Please come prepared.
Q : Can I bring in go-pro sticks and flagpoles?
A : Basically anything that our security team may deem dangerous or a disturbance to others- including go pro sticks, flag poles, water guns etc – are NOT allowed inside the event. Plenty of accidents have occurred before! Please leave them at home!.
IN THE EVENT
Q : Is there food at the event?
A : Yes, plenty of food!
Q : Will I get wet at the event?
A : Hopefully! While the area from the front of the stage to the control booth is usually soaking wet, we will also have a few places for those who wish to stay dry usually around the entrance.
Q : When does the event start?
A : Doors open at 4pm and music starts at 5pm.

การเดินทาง
Q : สามารถเดินทางไปที่งานได้อย่างไรบ้าง?
A : ทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด คือ Taxi หรือ Airport Link รามคำแหง ประมาณ 60 บาท
Q : มีที่จอดรถหรือไม่?
A : ไม่มีที่จอดรถ แต่สามารถหาที่จอดรถด้านนอกได้ แต่อามีค่าใช้จ่าย
การเข้างาน
Q : การเข้างานจำกัดอายุขั้นต่ำหรือไม่?
A : อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไปตามกฎหมายไทย
Q : ต้องนำบัตรประชาชนไปด้วยหรือไม่?
A : ผู้เข้างานคนไทย เตรียมบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง หรือบัตรที่ออกโดยหน่วยราชการที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุลชัดเจน
ผู้เข้างานชาวต่างชาติ เตรียมพาสปอร์ต หรือบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง
*การตรวจสอบ ID และ passport จะถูกดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดของตำรวจไทยที่สถานที่จัดงาน ตำรวจไทยยืนยันว่าพวกเขามีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธสำเนา ID/passport และแนะนำให้ชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาตินำ ID/passport ตัวจริงมา
Q : หากออกมาจากงานแล้ว สามารถกลับเข้าไปในงานได้อีกหรือไม่?
A : ทางงานไม่มีนโยบายในการ Re-entry เพราะฉะนั้นสามารถเข้า-ออกงานได้ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น ภายในมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ครบครัน รวมถึง ATM โปรดเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมก่อนเข้างาน
Q : สามารถเอาไม้ Gopro หรือ เสาธงเข้าได้หรือไม่?
A : ไม่สามารถเอาเข้าได้ เพื่อความปลอดภัย เนื่องจากเคยเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากสิ่งเหล่านี้มาแล้ว โปรดเก็บไว้ที่บ้าน ก่อนเข้าร่วมงาน

Q : ภายในงานมีอาหารจำหน่ายหรือไม่?
A : มีอาหารจำหน่ายให้เลือกหลากหลาย ร้านอร่อยเพียบ
Q : ภายในงานจะเปียกหรือไม่?
A : พื้นที่เปียกจะอยู่บริเวณหน้าเวทีจนถึงจุดคอนโทรล แต่มีพื้นที่สำหรับคนที่ไม่อยากเปียกอยู่บริเวณหน้าทางเข้า
Q : งานเริ่มประมาณกี่โมง?
A : ประตูเปิด 4 โมงเย็นเป็นต้นไป บน Stage เริ่มประมาณ 5 โมงเย็น
